In this new role, Cieplik will lead all brand partnership, monetization, and revenue growth initiatives for TSM’s roster of championship esports teams, players and world-class influencers.

An award-winning executive in sports marketing and success-driven sports commercial strategist, Stephan brings to TSM two decades of dedicated experience in the global sports industry. Throughout his exceptional career, he has contributed to the growth of such leading global organizations such as City Football Group, Manchester City Football Club, Total Sports Asia and the Asian Football Confederation. Under his leadership, he has been responsible for more than $1.15 billion in revenue, and has a proven track record of building successful commercial teams and structures, and creating award-winning activations that saw record-breaking revenues.
