The Esports Awards, the most prestigious night in the esports calendar, is pleased to welcome a string of new partners which include Indeed, Boston Beer Co, Union Home Mortgage and The Truman Factory as the build up to the ceremony on the 20th of November begins. Taking place in Arlington, Texas, the Esports Awards is the only annual award ceremony which celebrates the biggest faces, brands and organisations in the world of competitive gaming.
Tonight saw the debut of the Esports Awards’ 7th Spotlight Show of the year which plays host to year round content and celebration. The show, which was hosted by Thom ‘F.’ Badinger, Brody ‘Liefx’ Moore and Soe Gschwind, saw an exciting recap of this year’s finalist as voting continues to heat up with recording breaking numbers of over 7.4 million.
The show also included exclusive partner content with Expedia at Liverpool Football Club with Diego Jota, James Milner, Curtis Jones, Donovan ‘Tekkz’ Hunt and Seema Jaswell all making an appearance. Hosts for this year’s ceremony James “Dash” Patterson and Eefje ‘sjokz’ Depoortere also dropped by for an interview to talk about what people can expect from the biggest event of the year.
Indeed, the world’s number one job site, will sponsor the Esports PC Rookie of the Year award as a commitment to supporting talent within the esports ecosystem as well as being involved in several content pieces throughout the show. Union Home Mortgage will be the Official Mortgage Partner of the Esports Awards and will be sponsoring the Esports Supporting Service of the Year which recognises a company that provides support to an esports entity or has facilitated improved performance in any area of the industry.
As the Official Seltzer and FMB Partner, Boston Beer Co will be providing Truly and Twisted Tea beverages for the Official Esports Awards Afterparty. Truman Factory will also be providing its high quality candy to winners and VIP attendees as the Official Candy Partner alongside a series of sweet based activations.
