As Creative Director, Oskar will focus on developing the brand identity with an aim to bring EXCEL to the forefront of creative and technical trends while providing the best brand experience to fans.
Oskar will also oversee innovative brand campaigns which will utilise EXCEL’s The Power of Better manifesto as part of its strategy to continue developing its creative vision. In particular, he will focus on creating campaigns that are inclusive to young artists and creatives by providing opportunities for them to collaborate with EXCEL on various projects.
Oskar’s journey in gaming and esports started when he was 11 years old when he carved out a dream to become a pro player which he later achieved in 2007 when he won several tournaments in Call of Duty 4. After his professional gaming career, Oskar turned to his creative side and started working as a motion designer before joining esports organisation Fnatic where he spent seven years working in numerous high-level creative roles including Senior Art Director and Product Creative Director.
“I first became interested in EXCEL when I discovered their goals to build a power brand by doing things differently than other esports organisations. EXCEL’s comprehensive focus on building a brand, a community, a story, and a journey made me want to join the team. I am always looking for ways to push my creative boundaries and I am really excited to share some of the brand projects we have been working on in the next few months,’ said Oskar Sisi, Creative Director, EXCEL ESPORTS
